Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or financial technology.
• Fraud analytics experience with tools such as NICE/Actimise, Q2 Sentinel, FICO, Abrigo BAM+.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and oversee fraud tools and configurations.
• Coordinate with LOBs to support fraud decision-making and strategies.
• Identify fraud trends across channels/products and propose improvements.
• Triage and rapid response support for fraud incidents and tool tuning.
