Job summary

Félix is seeking a Fraud Strategy professional to lead fraud performance across cards, ACH, and digital wallets, partnering with Product and Engineering to embed controls that balance security with a seamless user experience.

You will analyze fraud signals, design high-impact product changes, and run experiments to prove effectiveness while protecting millions of Latino users in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
• 4–6 years of fraud or payment risk experience.
• Strong knowledge of 3DS, NACHA, and fraud surfaces.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for analytics.
• Experience with experiments (A/B testing) to measure control effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own fraud performance across cards, ACH, and wallets.
• Design high-leverage product controls over rules.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed fraud controls.
• Conduct deep-dive threat analyses and model feature input with Data Science.
• Design and run experiments to validate controls and measure impact.
• Maintain orchestration logic and retire underperforming rules.
