Félix is seeking a Fraud Strategist to own the card issuance authorization architecture from ground up. You will translate vendor responsibilities into real controls and maintain thresholds to stay within network limits.

The role requires hands-on SQL skills and strong cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, and Compliance. Join a fully remote team focused on rapid, secure growth across markets.

Formación

• 4–7+ years in fraud/risk strategy with card authorization experience.
• Hands-on experience with issuer/acquirer or card-issuing programs.
• Advanced SQL skills to size risk and backtest thresholds.
• Familiarity with card network programs (VAMP, chargeback) and dispute codes.
• Experience evaluating BaaS / issuing vendors (Stripe Issuing, Marqeta, Galileo).
• Strong cross-functional communication; English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own fraud strategy for the card issuance program end-to-end.
• Translate vendor split into an operating decisioning model.
• Design and own authorization decisioning for card transactions.
• Own network-level fraud health and early-warning indicators.
• Build cardholder fraud lifecycle: onboarding risks to post-use monitoring.
• Embed controls into the flow with Product and Engineering.
• Own card dispute and chargeback strategy with Fraud Operations.
• Maintain requirements with external vendors as the program grows.
• Use SQL/BigQuery to size fraud exposure and backtest thresholds.
• Build the playbook for future product/market expansions.
