The role serves as a liaison between fraud operations, line of business teams, and external vendors, with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities include tool optimization, strategic coordination, fraud intelligence, and proactive engagement with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or financial technology.
• Fraud Analytics experience with one or more fraud detection tools or platforms.

Responsibilities

• Tool optimization and oversight, staying current on tool capabilities.
• Coordinate with line of business to support fraud tool decisions.
• Identify fraud trends and provide tuning recommendations for detection systems.
• Act as liaison between fraud operations, LOBs, and external vendors.
