Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a Fraud/Security Associate to support the Fraud/Security Manager. The role involves researching and resolving fraud issues, tracking cases, and staying current on relevant regulations.

You will assist in department operations and program oversight while coordinating with branches and management to mitigate losses. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with risk and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required with 2-year degree; 4-year degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ banking or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Loss Prevention experience and detail-oriented work required.
• Strong knowledge of banking policies, laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, review, and analyze fraud cases; maintain accurate files and tracking.
• Follow up with management for appropriate action on claims and account changes.
• Review alerts to mitigate losses and communicate with branches.
• Provide reports and updates on recovery and investigations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies as needed.
