Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a Fraud and Security Support Specialist to assist the Fraud/Security Manager in investigating fraud incidents, researching data, and coordinating reporting across Florida offices. The role requires staying current with regulations, analyzing trends, and helping design loss-prevention measures, training staff, and supporting branch personnel during incidents.

Candidates should have 2+ years in banking or law enforcement, detail orientation, and strong communication skills

Qualifications

3–5 years' experience in banking or law enforcement preferred.
Minimum of 2 years Loss Prevention experience.
Attention to detail and strong banking knowledge.
Strong analytical, communications and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Word and Excel; basic database/Internet skills.

Responsibilities

Investigate, review and analyze fraud cases and verify information for compliance.
Follow up with management for explanations and appropriate actions, including claims or account closures.
Review alert solutions to mitigate losses and determine proper steps.
Provide follow-up on daily charge backs for counterfeits, kiting, forgeries and negative accounts.
Identify incidents/trends and develop training for bank staff.
