Job summary

Seacoast Bank seeks a Fraud/Security professional to assist the Fraud/Security Manager with fraud investigations, data research, and reporting. The role involves staying current on regulations, improving procedures, and supporting the department’s daily operations.

Responsibilities include investigating cases, reviewing alerts, and coordinating with management and law enforcement to minimize losses and ensure compliance. Florida offices support multiple sites across the state.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with some college, 2-year degree preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in banking or law enforcement preferred.
• Minimum 2 years Loss Prevention experience.
• Strong banking knowledge, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze fraud cases, enter into tracking system.
• Approve/deny claims or account closures after discussion with management.
• Review alert solutions to mitigate losses and take proper steps.
• Provide reports and updates on recovery and investigations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement on incidents and prosecutions.
• Monitor Chex Systems reporting and resolve disputes.
