The role focuses on Generative AI, multimodal risk signals, and robust defense against adversarial threats, requiring strong software engineering and communication across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, Math, Stats or related field.
• Solid ML foundation; Transformer and GNN experience with graphs and sequences.
• Strong coding skills in Python, C++, or Go; familiar with Spark, Flink, PyTorch.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead algorithmic architecture and governance for TikTok US risk domains.
• Build high-precision risk representations from multimodal data such as video and graphs.
• Research defensive systems against large-scale automated threats and data drift.
• Drive AI-enabled risk lifecycle with LLMs and multimodal tech for scalable enforcement.
