• Proven people leadership with ability to coach and develop analysts.
• Strong manager routines: 1:1s, team meetings, coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• 2+ years fraud detection/prevention experience; identify at-risk customers/transactions.
• Balance fraud risk with client experience; lead in complex decisions.
• Ability to operate fast-paced environment; alternate between team outcomes and hands-on problem solving.
• Cross-functional collaboration to align fraud policies and practices.
• Data/metrics usage to improve decisions, reduce rework, strengthen controls.
• Clear, confident communication to stakeholders.
• Culture builder with inclusive leadership.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills for analysis and commentary.

Responsibilities

• Build fraud SME capability; support escalations; serve as trusted guidance contact.
• Learn and facilitate training on policies, procedures, tools, fraud typologies; sustain learning rhythm.
• Lead fraud projects from scoping to measurement; improve detection, controls, and client experience.
• Lead and develop a team of ~8–12 Fraud Analysts; foster high-performing culture.
• Run manager routines: 1:1s, meetings, coaching, development planning; align priorities.
• Drive end-to-end performance management with fairness and accountability.
• Manage team execution: capacity planning, prioritization, blockers resolution.
• Enforce policy adherence; model sound judgment and right action.
• Partner cross-functionally to align policies; communicate changes clearly.
• Use data/trends to improve outcomes and controls; reduce fraud risk.
• Stay current on fraud typologies, technologies, regulations; translate to practice.
