Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Fraud Specialist to handle inbound fraud-related calls and assist customers in protecting themselves against fraud. The role emphasizes meticulous case documentation, adherence to BSA/AML guidelines, and strong communication to resolve disputes efficiently.

The position requires a high school diploma, prior customer service experience, and comfort with a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment. Training is onsite and full-time with potential remote work options after onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Create dispute and customer-identified fraud case files.
• Handle inbound fraud-related calls from customers on Debit and Credit Card accounts.
• Follow bank regulations and internal controls; ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Provide clear, concise information and communicate effectively with customers.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and adapt to shift schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced, phone-intensive environment with high call volumes.
