Job summary

FNBO in Omaha, NE is seeking a Customer Identified Fraud and Dispute Specialist (CIDI) to handle high-volume inbound calls and assist customers with debit and credit card disputes. Create dispute and fraud case files, follow applicable regulations, and maintain accuracy across systems.

Training is onsite for six weeks at the FNBO Tower downtown (1601 Dodge Street). After training, a 90-day probationary period applies before potential remote work eligibility, requiring strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or equivalent experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Create dispute and customer identified fraud case files.
• Interact with customers over the phone regarding disputed debit/credit card transactions.
• Follow regulations and ensure accuracy in case entries.
• Maintain professional behavior and effective team communication.
