Kelly is seeking a Fraud Division Call Center Representative to support a leading financial services organization in West Chester, OH. The role handles inbound calls about account activity and potential fraud, delivering prompt resolutions.

You will work from home full time with occasional in-person training and team activities, must have a quiet home setup, and be able to work evenings and at least one weekend day.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of call center experience.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
• Must be able to create and maintain a quiet, distraction-free home work environment.
• Willingness to work evenings and at least one weekend day.
• Banking fraud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to account activity and potential fraud.
• Deliver exceptional service and prompt resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Manage customer information with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Authorize sales transactions and provide clear, accurate information.
