Kelly is seeking a Fraud Division Call Center Representative to support a leading financial services organization in West Chester, OH. The role handles inbound calls about account activity and potential fraud, delivering prompt resolutions.

You will work from home full time with occasional in-person training and team activities, must have a quiet home setup, and be able to work evenings and at least one weekend day.

Qualifications

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.50 per hour

Shift: 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST with one day off during the week and weekend day off.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Are located within 60 miles of West Chester, OH
• Have 12+ months of call center experience
• Demonstrate intermediate computer skills, including navigating multiple software platforms and maintaining typing proficiency during calls
• Can create and maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
• Are comfortable working evening hours and at least one weekend day
• Have experience in banking, particularly in fraud (preferred)
