Responsibilities

• Decide on outsorted exception payments before processing deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Balance customer satisfaction with fraud risk.
• Learn new fraud attack vectors and adapt.
• Understand end-to-end flow within Fraud Protection Services.
• Maintain KPIs for payment rails.
• Evaluate risk factors for transactions.
• Perform other duties as required.
