Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Draper, UT is hiring a Fraud Analyst to review daily banking activity, identify suspicious transactions, and research fraud cases. You will process debit card disputes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues on-site at our Draper facility.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in fraud and banking operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in banking operations.
2+ years in payment fraud investigation, online fraud, or financial crime risk management.
2+ years investigative and data analytical skills; ability to articulate key risks.
1+ years card fraud investigation or card processing experience.

Responsibilities

Perform in-depth analytical and data research within banking systems to investigate fraud.
Analyze data for trends and implement strategies to reduce risk and fraud.
Take action when fraud is identified to prevent further losses and document cases.
Communicate with customers who are victims of fraud and help secure their accounts.
Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and IT to resolve fraud cases and improve controls.
