Qualifications

• Interest in fraud prevention, compliance, and financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting fraud detection and prevention across multiple channels.
• This role provides hands-on exposure to fraud operations, investigative techniques, and compliance processes.
• Interns will learn foundational fraud concepts, contribute to case process and documentation, and support daily operational tasks.
