Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an analytics or systems analyst course is required.
• Prior experience with system administration and/or reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects, or SQL Server Management Studio is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude.
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, adaptability and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision, learns to perform duties as a Systems Business Analyst within the business department. This position will support analytical and administrative activities related to the commercial loan system operations and department reporting. This includes commercial loan system administration and reports on deposit and lending activities. Must be comfortable working with large amounts of data in multiple systems and can synthesize it into actionable insights. Frequent collaboration with other areas of the credit union is expected.

Internship to start Spring 2027.

Competitive pay starting at $20/hr. Must be enrolled at University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina to qualify for a Grow Financial internship.Start date: Staggared start Tuesday January 26th, 2027 & Wednesday January 27th, 2027New Hire Orientation: Friday January 29th, 2027

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Must be currently enrolled as a student with a degree in Business, Information Technology, Economics, Accounting, or Finance at theUniversity of South Florida,University of Tampa, orUniversity of South Carolina.
• Successful completion of an analytics or systems analyst course required.
• Prior experience with system administration and/or reporting systems such as Microsoft Power BI, SAP Business Objects, or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude.
• Requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, adaptability and attention to detail.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

• Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations.
• Must be able and willing to collaborate on camera via Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx.
• Standard Business hours are 8:00am- 5:00pm, Monday- Friday.
• Interns will have flexibility around school schedules. Please note schedule will not exceed 29hrs/week.
