Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is offering a remote-friendly internship in Risk Management, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations. The internship starts Spring 2027 and requires enrollment at a designated university.

You will assist with risk assessments, data analysis, and GRC software support while gaining exposure to cross-functional teams. Competitive pay starts at $20/hr for interns who are enrolled in USF, UT, or USC programs.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering or Risk Management at USF, UT, or USC.
• Successful completion of a risk management course preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support risk management activities related to risk assessments and practices.
• Assist with non-financial risk assessments and risk reviews; support GRC software activities.
• Synthesize data into actionable insights from large datasets in multiple systems.
• Collaborate with other areas of the credit union.
