Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join the Payments & Fraud team. You will validate customer documentation, verify account ownership, and review financial histories to assess potential fraud.

You will analyze data, validate fraud alerts, and support incident reporting with thorough investigative summaries. The role requires flexibility to work in a fast-paced gaming environment and may offer hybrid scheduling as part of a dynamic team dedicated to secure online gaming

Qualifications

Experience in Banking, payments, fraud, disputes, or iGaming industries preferred.
Knowledge of Location Compliance, Multi-Accounting and Financial Crime is preferred.
Good investigation skills and the ability to review data to make decisions.
Knowledge of gambling and sports betting is advantageous.
Must be computer literate with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Validate and verify customer documentation when further verification is necessary; verify account ownership.
Review customers’ financial transaction history including bank and credit card statements.
Validate fraud alerts from prevention tools and systems.
Perform in-depth analysis and prepare investigative summaries to prove fraud scenarios.
Create and manage internal controls and generate incident reports.
