Job summary

Talanto is recruiting a Fraud Analyst for a remote role with a wellness client delivering colostrum-based supplements. You will guard e-commerce transactions across payment gateways, review high-risk cases, and protect customer trust while ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

You will monitor gateways, conduct confidential account reviews, document security protocols, and identify gaps to improve fraud prevention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience or similar roles.
  • Proven track record in fraud analysis or risk management.
  • Experience with e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and pattern recognition skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment.
  • Experience with multiple payment gateway systems.
  • WFH Set-Up: Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5, and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.
  • Headset with noise-cancelling mic and webcam.
  • Back-up computer and internet connection.
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
