Job description

What you’ll own
  • Oversee a team responsible for analysing and proactively identifying fraudulent transactions using data-driven techniques, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling.
  • Continuously measure and improve merchant fraud portfolios performance through reducing false positives while maintaining high detection rates.
  • Manage continuous development to dashboards and Power BI visuals to improve reporting processes both to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with technical partners at Ravelin Technologies to prioritize refinements and new features in the Ravelin fraud model to support evolving fraud prevention techniques.
  • Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans for fraud prevention innovation utilizing both historic authorization and fraud data.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing processing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee disaster recovery, backup processes, and cost center budgets, ensuring operational resilience and financial accountability.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI.
  • Extensive knowledge of big data handling and projects.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $127,500.00-$192,525.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.
