Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Experience leading fraud prevention teams.
Strong knowledge of data analysis and BI tools.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team analysing fraudulent transactions using data-driven techniques, statistics, and predictive modelling.
Improve merchant fraud portfolios by reducing false positives while maintaining high detection rates.
Develop dashboards and Power BI visuals to improve reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Ravelin Technologies to refine the fraud model and support evolving prevention techniques.
Develop and execute plans for fraud prevention using historic authorization and fraud data.
Lead and mentor a high-performing processing team, including hiring and performance management.
Oversee disaster recovery, backups, and budgets ensuring resilience and accountability.
