Qualifications

• Bachelor-level not required; high school diploma/GED mandatory.
• 2+ years banking experience, preferably in operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review deposits and checks for fraud using Direct Link Risk Review; approve or decline items.
• Assist with training and guidance to team members on processing workload.
• Help develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to propose changes for better processing.
• Monitor Digital Banking transactions (Zelle, External Transfers) for fraud and escalate as needed.
• Process fraud affidavits and communicate with other financial institutions when necessary.
