Félix is seeking a Fraud Lead for Consumer Lending to architect and guard the unit economics of our SNPL product. You will design prevention frameworks, identify attack vectors, and deploy dynamic decisioning with cross-functional teams.

The role reports to the Head of Credit Risk, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Data Science to keep growth secure and profitable in a remote-first US operation.

Competenze

• 4-5+ years of hands-on fraud risk strategy in lending.
• Strong SQL (BigQuery/Snowflake) and Python/R data skills.
• Experience with modern decision engines and ML risk models.
• Deep OSINT and fraud vector awareness.
• Proven ability to translate fraud insights to exec-level risk.

Mansioni

• Design and refine fraud typologies for WhatsApp lending.
• Own repayment fraud, identity spoofing, chargebacks analytics.
• Drive core fraud metrics and protect unit economics.
• Architect decision engines and collaborate with Data Science.
• Design automated blocking protocols and investigation workflows.
