Zusammenfassung

Félix is seeking a Fraud Lead for Consumer Lending to safeguard unit economics of the Send Now Pay Later product. You’ll architect fraud prevention across instant WhatsApp interfaces and cross-border lending, building frameworks, identifying vectors, and enforcing blocking policies.

This role reports to the Head of Credit Risk and partners with Fraud Org. The ideal candidate is autonomous, highly analytical, with experience in fraud vectors, ML risk models, and policy execution at pace.

Qualifikationen

• 4–5+ years in Fraud Risk Strategy and Prevention within consumer lending, BNPL, digital wallets, or credit card ecosystems.
• Advanced SQL and data manipulation skills (BigQuery, Snowflake) to analyze logs independently.
• Experience with modern decision engines and deploying ML risk models in production.
• Investigation and OSINT mindset with knowledge of fraud vectors and ATO.
• Ability to translate fraud patterns and metrics into business risks for executives and teams.

Aufgaben

• Design, launch, and refine fraud typologies for WhatsApp lending ecosystem.
• Own repayment fraud, identity spoofing, and chargeback analytics for SNPL payments.
• Drive core fraud metrics and balance risk with conversion across lending verticals.
• Own rule design and orchestration in decision engines; collaborate with Data Science for ML models.
• Design, optimize, and scale automated blocking protocols and efficient investigation workflows.
• Coordinate with Legal & Compliance on SARs and regulatory reporting.
