Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; analytical and problem‑solving skills to interpret information.
• Strong case management abilities and ability to manage workload independently.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Influence and conflict management skills.
• Working knowledge of insurance and claim operations (Commercial/Personal Lines, Workers Compensation).
• Two years of investigative experience or three years of insurance claim, underwriting, or legal related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts insurance investigations including database searches to uncover potentially fraudulent aspects of a claim.
• Analyzes, monitors and summarizes technical information into actionable investigative strategies.
• Provides exceptional customer service by maintaining contact with partners, customers and external resources throughout investigations.
• Serves as liaison on fraud to business and industry partners.
• Applies rules of evidence and analyzes its value to specific claims and evidence collection.
• Ensures investigations comply with Local, State and Federal statutes and internal requirements.
• Identifies cases for potential insurance fraud prosecution and reports to relevant authorities.
