Job summary

Q2 is looking for a Data Analyst to understand customer fraud challenges and help close gaps in fraud products. You will work with Product, Engineering, and Fraud Response partners to track trends and influence prioritization of enhancements.

You’ll partner with internal teams to build protections for customers and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. This is a hybrid role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an analyst or similar role.
• Experience using AI tools in your work.
• Statistical background with the ability to draw sound conclusions from data.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Strong communication of findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Track trends in fraud cases and advise prioritization in product improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Fraud Response teams.
• Work with internal tooling and engineering to build protections for customers.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
