Job summary

CardWorks Financial Group seeks an Associate I for Fraud & Non-Fraud Engagement to support accountholders in a call center. You will review activity, gather details, and resolve inquiries in line with policy. The role protects client interests and supports investigators throughout the process.

Typical schedules cover day, evening, overnight, and weekends as needed. Previous call center and fraud exposure are a plus; strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Prior customer service experience is required.
• 1+ year of call center experience is desirable.
• Experience with FDR, Evolve or related platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and analyze situations.

Responsibilities

• Review account activity and gather key information.
• Identify potential fraud concerns and assist in resolution.
• Support accountholders with questions and disputes per policies.
• Notate and update customer information in the system.
• Escalate calls when additional assistance is needed and coordinate investigations.
