Job summary

CardWorks Servicing LLC is seeking an Associate I, Fraud & Non-Fraud Engagement to support accountholders in a call center setting. You will review account activity, gather key information, identify potential fraud, and help resolve questions following established policies.

The role emphasizes protecting client interests, timely communication, and collaboration with back-end investigators. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required, with preference for call center

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Prior customer service experience is required.
• One plus year of related inbound or outbound call center experience desirable.
• Experience with FDR, Evolve or related platforms preferred.
• Experience working with computers and various applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Address questions and concerns on behalf of client accounts.
• Assist accountholders and counsel victims of fraudulent activity.
• Obtain pertinent information to resolve issues.
• Escalate calls when needed to provide further assistance.
• Protect client interests and information professionally.
• Support investigations and communicate with backend teams.
