Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of inbound or outbound call center experience desirable.
• Experience with First Data Resources (FDR) or Evolve preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and resolve account questions in a fast-paced call center.
• Identify potential fraud concerns and escalate as needed.
• Document interactions and update customer information in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to investigators and ensure timely resolution.
