Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer systems and common office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for individuals submitting complaints to the Agency.
• Conduct initial intake interviews by phone, email, and in person.
• Gather and document facts, evidence, and financial information for evaluation.
• Assess complaints for completeness; request missing information when needed.
• Explain the complaint process, Agency jurisdiction, and next steps.
• Review complaints to determine jurisdiction and disposition or referral.
• Coordinate with Enforcement, Inspections and Compliance, and Registration divisions.
• Maintain regular communication with complainants about status and next steps.
• Create and maintain complete electronic complaint and case files.
