Job summary

Imprint is seeking a Fraud Analytics Manager in New York to own analytics for fraud, credit risk, and operations. This hands-on role combines automation, tooling, and reporting infrastructure to reduce manual work and accelerate informed decisions across teams.

You will consolidate reporting, build backtesting capabilities, and deploy AI tools to improve efficiency while partnering with stakeholders to drive high‑impact automation and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Analytical ability to dive into messy data.
• Experience with BI tools like Sigma; Tableau acceptable.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Clear, effective communicator who translates analytics into decisions.
• 3–6 years of relevant analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end automation and tooling for analytics tasks across fraud and risk.
• Build and maintain a consolidated backtesting framework for fraud rules, shared across teams.
• Consolidate fragmented reporting pipelines and deliver clean, reliable reporting infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain a consolidated risk label framework so downstream effects are considered.
• Deploy LLM and AI tooling to streamline analytical workflows.
• Establish and track a KPI (hours saved per week) with dashboards and reporting.
• Partner with fraud, credit, and risk stakeholders to identify high‑impact automation opportunities.
• Help define and refine the scope of this function as it matures.
