Job summary

Nintendo of America in Redmond, WA, seeks a Fraud Analyst for the FP&A Fraud team on a 6-month temporary contract. You will review transactions across DTC channels to detect fraud and conduct investigations using available tools.

Responsibilities include creating risk profiles, taking real-time action, sharing results with partners, and ensuring PCI-DSS compliance while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of fraud prevention experience including chargeback/disputes.
• Experience researching data and presenting findings and recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform investigations using available tools, including ID verification.
• Awareness of industry regulations; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review transactions on all DTC channels for fraud and abuse.
• Conduct investigations and identify fraudulent activity.
• Detect patterns like ATO, credential stuffing and chargebacks.
• Create customer risk profiles and mitigate fraud risk.
• Take real-time action using fraud system tools.
• Escalate spikes to key stakeholders and share results.
• Maintain documentation and ensure PCI-DSS adherence.
