Job summary

The University of North Texas System in Denton is seeking a Student Services Coordinator- FSL to support Fraternity and Sorority Life, advise chapters, and foster leadership development within the UNT-Student Engagement team.

The role collaborates across campus, coordinates events and trainings, and helps manage risk, student services, and program evaluation, with a schedule Monday through Friday and occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and two years of student services, student affairs, counseling, advising, or related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise one or more assigned FSL student governing council including IFC, MGC, NPHC or CPC.
• Provide coaching for and attend and facilitate meetings with fraternity and sorority chapter leaders; assist with planning, coordinating and implementing events.
• Participate in Event Safety Committee; liaise between FSL and division offices (UPD, SGA, RHA, Police).
• Plan and facilitate workshops and retreats for fraternity and sorority chapters on event planning, leadership and risk management.
• Monitor rosters and contact sheets; help develop chapter grade reports each long semester.
