Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and two years of student services, student affairs, counseling, advising, or related experience.
• Master’s Degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning of involvement fairs and Mean Green Spring Fling.
• Oversee student organization Event Application process and coaching of officers/advisors.
• Advise the Student Government Association Raupe Travel Grant Committee.
• Coordinate training and development for student organizations regarding event planning and management.
• Maintain up-to-date program and service webpages; prepare and monitor budgets.
• Collaborate with other departments across campus to support student activities.
