The Center for Leadership Development fosters belonging, leadership, and personal growth by connecting students to meaningful communities and experiences through Fraternity and Sorority Life and leadership programs. We empower students to discover their strengths, lead with purpose, and make a lasting impact on campus and beyond.
Provides support to student groups within Fraternity and Sorority Life and acts as an advisor and advocate for fraternity/sorority members. The coordinator assists the FSL unit in facilitating event planning, leadership, member development, and risk management, among other topics. The position collaborates with university departments in providing resources to the fraternity and sorority community.
Bachelor's degree in related field and two years of student services, student affairs, counseling, advising, or related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Membership in a local/national/international fraternity/sorority.
