Subway is hiring a Franchise Service Specialist to act as the main liaison between the company and its franchisees, ensuring operational support, data accuracy, and timely reporting for approximately 2,800 restaurants. The role focuses on franchisee assistance, vendor coordination, and ongoing systemwide processes.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, gift card and payment support, and maintaining sales records across regions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• Attention to detail in data and records.
• Problem solving and proactive approach.

• Experience with credit card processing onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of support for franchisees, MFPs, DFPs and BD offices with prompt and accurate responses.
• Handle franchisee payment support for gift cards and card processing; assist with reports and onboarding/offboarding of restaurants.
• Maintain internal records, sales data, and restaurant attributes in SUBS; verify data completeness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on company initiatives; communicate critical information for project outcomes; ensure timely updates.
