You will drive sales and profitability, manage the P&L, and ensure guest satisfaction through coaching, training, and strong supervisory leadership.

This role requires English fluency and physical capability to lift 30-50 pounds and work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must fluently speak and read English.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience required.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and maintain quality service and cleanliness.
• Drive guest satisfaction and manage guest experience during shifts.
• Recruit, develop and coach team members; discipline when needed.
• Achieve sales projections and control expenses; monitor P&L impact.
• Communicate clearly and coach for continuous improvement.
• Manage purchasing, scheduling, training and facilities maintenance.
• Demonstrate motivation, independence and strong work ethic.
• Ensure knowledge of food safety and Serve Safe practices.
