Rhino7 Franchise Sales & Development in Cary, NC is seeking a Franchise Sales Coordinator to support our franchise sales team and keep the sales process organized, responsive, and moving forward. Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or business development environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the franchise sales team throughout the franchise sales and development process.
• Process incoming leads and help maintain accurate, organized lead and prospect information.
• Maintain CRM and other databases, including entering, updating, and organizing records.
• Assist with franchise territory availability checks in response to broker and consultant requests.
• Create and update sales presentations, marketing materials, and other sales‑support resources using Canva and other tools.
• Coordinate the preparation, fulfillment, and shipment of materials to franchise prospects, brokers, and consultants.
• Use AI tools to support research, content development, organization, documentation, and process improvement, while identifying opportunities to make recurring tasks and workflows more efficient.
• Learn Rhino7's franchise development process and gain broader exposure to how franchise brands grow.
