Responsibilities

• Support the franchise sales team throughout the development process.
• Process incoming leads and maintain accurate, organized lead data.
• Maintain CRM and databases, updating and organizing records.
• Assist with territory availability checks in response to broker/consultant requests.
• Create/update sales materials using Canva and other tools.
• Coordinate preparation, fulfillment, and shipment of materials to prospects and brokers.
• Use AI tools to improve research, content development, organization, and processes.
