Job summary

Coca-Cola Puerto Rico seeks a Director, Franchise RGM to lead revenue growth management strategies, linking bottlers with NAOU RGM, Finance and Execution to drive pricing, packaging, channel priorities, and trade investments.

You will develop regional insights, guide product and packaging opportunities, and lead cross-functional workstreams to drive growth and alignment with annual plans. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial, RGM, strategy, finance, or forecasting.
• Experience with annual business planning and KPI tracking.
• Strong analytics, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Revenue Growth Management strategies for Coca-Cola Puerto Rico.
• Develop regional insights to influence bottler execution (pricing, packaging, mix, RTM).
• Deliver data-driven recommendations and support annual revenue planning with Finance.
