The Coca-Cola Company,Puerto Rico Branch, seeks a Director of Franchise RGM to drive Revenue Growth Management strategies for Coca-Cola Puerto Rico. You will be the key link between bottlers, NAOU RGM, Finance, and Execution teams to implement growth plans and optimize pricing, packaging, and channel priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or Business. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial, RGM, strategy, finance, business planning and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Leading revenue growth management initiatives for Coca-Cola Puerto Rico.
• Delivering data-driven insights to identify drivers and opportunities.
• Integrating data sources (Nielsen, RED, Cube, audits) to guide growth.
• Developing product/pack opportunities, pricing, and RTM recommendations.
• Leading annual revenue planning with the local Finance lead.
• Ensuring bottler alignment on pricing, promotions, and packaging strategies.
• Leading cross-functional workstreams to uncover growth opportunities.
• Advancing RGM capabilities across the franchise team and bottler.
