Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking a Franchise Recruiter/Administrative Assistant to be the first contact for prospective AFC Sushi franchise owners. You will assist applicants, manage the application process, and maintain onboarding records.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and represent the brand professionally.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, AA/Bachelor's a plus.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Good organizational skills
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be able to make good judgement to determine which location would be a good fit for the applicant.
• Able to solve unexpected situations and challenges.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, and database software)
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current franchisees, providing support by phone, email, and occasionally in person.
• Guide applicants through the application process, ensuring all forms, documents, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and onboarding progress in internal systems.
• Must be able to negotiate and close the deal with potential franchisees.
• Represent the franchise brand professionally by providing clear, accurate, and consistent information about requirements, fees, and support.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
