• First point of contact for franchise applicants and assist through the process.
• Ensure all forms, documents, and compliance are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Maintain records of inquiries and onboarding progress in internal systems.
• Ability to negotiate and close with potential franchisees.
• Represent the brand professionally with clear information about requirements, fees, and support.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first contact for prospective and current franchisees by phone, email, and in person.
• Guide applicants through the application process and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and onboarding progress.
