You will analyze development activities and partner with franchisees and leadership to optimize outcomes. In this role you will own relationships with brokers and financing sources, lead diligence for acquisitions and refranchising, and collaborate across real estate, asset management, and lenders in a fast-paced, hybrid work

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in real estate finance and management.
• BA/BS in business or finance; MBA preferred.
• Experience with franchise finance, practices, and regulations.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and retention initiatives for company and franchise restaurants.
• Provide analytics on development activities and mergers/divestitures.
• Manage risk through workout plans, store transfers, and closures.
• Diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, refranchising.
• Collaborate with real estate, asset management, and lenders.
