Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, International Finance and Growth, to lead finance and development for all international markets. You will shape financial forecasting, budgeting, systems, development agreements, unit economics, and strategic analysis for global growth.

You will report to the SVP of Finance and guide an international team across time zones. This role involves overseeing the international finance function (2 FTE) and leading development strategy, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in finance, development, strategy or analytical roles.
• Experience supporting franchised business models and development agreements.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-currency, multi-market P&L with GM partners.
• Model and analyze key financial and operational metrics monthly, quarterly, annually.
• Lead budget cycles, forecast processes, and franchisee financial reviews.
• Drive data infrastructure and BI tools to track franchise health by country.
• Negotiate development opportunities and oversee international finance function (2 FTE).
• Support strategic initiatives including joint ventures, M&A, and market-entry assessments.
• Collaborate with GMs, operations, legal, and finance across time zones.
