Job summary

Special Strong is seeking a driven Franchise Business Coach to help our franchise owners increase revenue, improve profitability, and strengthen operations across the national network. This is a remote full-time role focused on coaching, accountability, and executing the Special Strong playbook.

You will lead coaching calls, monitor KPIs, and guide onboarding and annual planning while building strong relationships with owners and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching business owners.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial KPIs.
• Ability to build relationships while holding owners accountable.
• Experience with dashboards or performance reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured coaching calls and planning sessions.
• Hold owners to KPIs, standards, and deadlines.
• Support onboarding and the 120 Day Abundant Life Launch.
• Monitor performance and address gaps promptly.
• Document coaching activity and action plans.
• Escalate issues to Director of Franchise Performance.
