gpac is seeking a skilled Paralegal in Falls Church, VA to manage franchise registrations, corporate filings, and transaction support. This full-time role includes telework days (up to two per week after six months) and competitive benefits.

A paralegal certificate and several years of experience are preferred. Responsibilities include preparing FDDs, maintaining deadlines, assisting governance documents, and providing litigation support.

Qualifications

• A college degree is required.
• 3+ years as a paralegal at a private law firm or in a corporate legal department.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Westlaw and CM-ECF/PACER.
• Paralegal certificate required (Franchise paralegal experience preferred).

Salary: $65,000 - $95,000, plus benefits. Full time, 9:00 to 5:30 (negotiable). Based in Falls Church, VA, with up to two telework days a week available after six months.
