What You'll Do

• Handle all aspects of franchise compliance, including preparing disclosure documents, registrations, renewals, and supplemental filings
• Coordinate state filings and maintain accurate records of fees, deadlines, and updates
• Draft and revise franchise agreements and related documents with attention to detail
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients during registration and renewal processes
• Track trademark status and assist attorneys with various transactional agreements
• Maintain and enhance a database of templates and clauses for efficient document preparation
• Conduct research, analyze data, and summarize findings to support client needs
• Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
• Accurately record billable time and maintain clear documentation of work performed

What We're Looking For

Salary
