A leading AmLaw firm is seeking a Franchise Paralegal to join their team in Kansas City. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience and a strong background in franchise law. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $100,000 to $115,000 annually, inclusive of comprehensive benefits and a supportive hybrid work environment. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a paralegal role.
• Proficient in franchise practice including disclosures and filings.
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing franchise agreements.
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with attorneys on franchise matters.
